Problem Statement

Non-profit organizations face challenges in partnering, recruiting volunteers, and resource sharing due to limited funding, poor publicity, and lack of information transparency.
MPA Alliance
This project reimagines the Los Angeles Parking Authority website with a focus on user-friendly navigation and visual clarity. Through redesigning the brand system, UX flow, and interface, the goal was to make city services more intuitive and accessible for everyday users.

What We Want to Build
We analyzed 3 leading nonprofit platforms, each solving problems like information access, resource discovery, donation transparency, and community engagement. Yet their limitations inspired us to design a more integrated, visual, and participation-driven solution.
